What is Parrotbox?

Parrotbox is an online store specialising in high quality products for your feathered family members.

In addition to being able to purchase everything from bird toys and cage accessories to parrot food and perches from our online store you can also grab your feathered friend their very own Parrotbox – Australia's first gift box and subscription service for your feathered friend

Sign up for a one-off gift box for a special occasion such as celebrating their hatch day, Christmas or Easter or subscribe to receive a Parrotbox on a monthly basis for three or six months. Delivery is free Australia wide for all Parrotbox orders.

 

What’s in a Parrotbox?

Each Parrotbox is tailored to your bird and will deliver a combination of high quality treats, toys, food and health and wellness products to your much loved feathered family members.

Parrotboxes will contain different products every month so as to ensure you receive a large variety of high quality toys, treats and products for your bird.

*So that we can tailor your Parrotbox to your bird, please be sure to tell us some information about your bird, including their species, at the checkout in the "seller's instructions" field. 

 

How much does a Parrotbox cost?

Purchase a one-off Parrotbox from $59.98

Alternatively, subscribe for a period of three months from $56.99 per month or for six months from $55.49 per month. Delivery is free Australia wide.

 

Which Parrotbox will best suit my feathered friend?

Parrotboxes for small birds suit birds such as: Cockatiels, Princess Parrots, Conures, Caiques, Budgerigars and Lorikeets.

Parrotboxes for large birds suit birds such as: Eclectus', African Greys, Cockatoos, Ringnecks, Alexandrines, Amazons and Macaws. 

So that we can tailor the Parrotbox to suit your bird please be sure to tell us some information about your bird, including their species, at the checkout in the "seller's instructions" field. 

 

When will I be billed?

Payments will be processed on the day you place your order with us.

Payment for three or six month Parrotbox subscriptions will be required in full before shipping.

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Product orders from the online store will be shipped within two business days.

One-off Parrotbox gift box orders will be shipped within two business days.

Three and six month Parrotbox subscriptions will be shipped on the 15th of each month. If the 15th happens to fall on a weekend or public holiday your Parrotbox will be shipped on the next business day.

 

My feathered family member loved an item in their Parrotbox. Can I purchase another?

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal and Afterpay

 

Where do your products come from?

We source our quality products from reputable wholesalers and ensure that any food products and edible treats are manufactured only in Australia.

 

What are my delivery options?

Parrotbox delivers Australia wide through a network of couriers. 

Please note we may not be able to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers in certain areas.

Please contact us directly at the email address below if you fall into this category and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If your shipping address is classified as remote and unservicable by our courier network, Parrotbox reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any monies paid.

International Delivery - Please email parrotboxsales@gmail.com for a quote on overseas deliveries.

 

Please note:

Please ensure suitable provisions are in place to handle your delivery when it arrives. Our freight costs do not cover instances whereby the driver cannot complete delivery due to unforeseen problems preventing delivery. A calling card will be left by the courier if the delivery address is unattended outlining collection or redelivery options. Any undeliverable consignments not collected after 10 days will be returned to Parrotbox and your order cost refunded with a restocking fee of 15% of the total order value or $15, whichever is the greater.

 

Please Note: Important Delivery Information

Until further notice, all parcels dispatched by Parrotbox will be marked with "Authority to Leave." We kindly request that you ensure there's a secure and safe location for our couriers to leave your order upon delivery.

 

Parrotbox takes no responsibility for undeliverable parcels.

Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of your orders. Should you have any concerns or inquiries regarding your delivery arrangements, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

 Can I return a purchase?

Parrotbox endeavours to provide you with as much product information as possible to help you make the right selection. If you require further information about a product then please contact us at parrotboxsales@gmail.com.

Upon receiving your order please inspect it immediately to ensure you have received the correct items in good condition. If your order is incorrect or damaged in any way, please contact Parrotbox within two days of the delivery date to inform us of the problem. If an item is faulty or damaged, please provide a written explanation and photos of the fault/damage.

Parrotbox will provide either a replacement product or refund if your item is deemed a fault of manufacture or significantly different to those shown or described on the website. 

Parrotbox will not accept returns if you change your mind, do not like the purchase or find the item cheaper elsewhere. If for any other reason, you would like to exchange an item, the product/s must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning any item back to us and the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. If applicable, the customer will be responsible for any additional charge for an exchanged item.

Please note, due to strict health policies, Parrotbox cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that have been opened.
